Join us on March 8: 1st Amendment-1st Vote Virtual Video Visits to the Central New York Women’s Rights Corridor

March 8 is INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’s DAY and we would like to invite you to an online screening of 1st Amendment-1st Vote’s Virtual Video Visits to 11 historic sites along the newly created Central New York Women’s Rights Corridor.

Melina Carnicelli (President & Founder of 1st Amendment-1st Vote, Inc), filmmaker Peter Rafalow, and many Humanities experts and volunteers worked most of last year to bring this video project to fruition. Initial feedback is so positive and encouraging that we decided to host this film screening on International Women’s Day to celebrate yesterday’s and today’s women as change-makers! I encourage you to join me because I know you’ll be uplifted to learn about the true history of the women’s movements and what’s expected of today’s girls to carry onward.

Please hop on the ZOOM call a few minutes before 1 o’clock; the program will start promptly at 1:00 on March 8 to screen five short films (total viewing time: 45 min) that comprise the video series (titles below*). There will be time between films for comments and Q&A at the conclusion of all five videos.
